I have known Laura’s family for several years and have captured many things for them. Christmas photos, photos in the sunflower fields, their gender reveal, their maternity session and now baby Holden’s first moments in this world. When I arrived to Fort Sanders hospital, I was pleased to see another of my clients sitting at the nurses desk. Knoxville is a small town y’all. At any rate, I headed to the room. Baby Holden was in his bassinet freshly swaddled and content. I opened the blinds to the sunshine, blue sky day and started the fresh 48 at Fort Sanders. I have a specific image flow I use when doing Fresh 48 to ensure I capture all the details. Those first moments of life are beautiful, especially those tiny feet. But Mama marveling at him sucking on his fingers, them laughing when I said to look at his little nose, seeing that full beautiful head of baby hair and Mama pulling back his hat to show me. Oh my heart just exploded. Fort Sanders rooms are filled with beautiful natural light and really make capturing Fresh 48’s in Knoxville,TN a true pleasure. Without further ado… LOOK here, these photos speak for themselves.
